Aligning
IT with Business (Managing the alignment)
We all recognise that the
purpose of IT is to support business function
and that a close alignment with the business
function is mandatory for continued business
growth. How do we manage that alignment? When
our cars wheels are out of align we know it
because we get feedback through the steering
wheel. Correspondingly we need to implement
mechanisms that provide feedback on the
alignment of IT with our business.
This Power Point presentation
looks at some issues surrounding the
implementation of such feedback processes.
